Union of
Credit Organizations of RA

The supreme body of the Union is the General Meeting of the Union members.

Each member has a right for one vote in the General Meeting. The General Meeting is valid if two-thirds of the members participate in the meeting. The resolutions of the General Meeting are adopted by the three-fourths of the votes of the present members who are eligible to vote, except the matters of Union's liquidation and reorganization. The decision concerning the Union's liquidation and reorganization is adopted by the three-fourth of the votes of all members of the Union.
