The informative presentation of ''The introduction of an electronic register of secured transactions system and personal property'' took place at Paris hotel on March 16th, 2015. The presentation was intended for UCORA's member and non-member credit organizations. The aim of the introduction of the electronic register is to promote the use of personal property as an assurance of the implementation of credit obligations which will promote the enhancement of the availability of credit funds. The seminar-presentation was organized jointly by UCORA and USAID FED.
