Seminar on preventing overindebtedness on the basis of financial analysis
The Union of Credit Organizations of RA in collaboration with the Savings Bank Foundation for International Cooperation carried out a four-day seminar on preventing overindebtedness on the basis of financial analysis for the loan specialists and supervisors of UCORA member credit organizations.
The training of loan specialists lasted 3 days. 15 loan specialists from 4 credit organizations participated to the training. The training consisted of both theoretical (introduction of lending technology, the basics of financial mathematics, financial reports and their connection) and practical sections. The training for the supervisors of loan departments was held on the 4th day. 10 participants from 4 credit organizations attended the training. This time they discussed the steps of marketing in the organizations, ways of personnel management and motivation, ways of solving conflict situations.
The participants received certificates of participation.
