SPTF Annual Meeting in India
On February 19-22, 2018 UCORA’s Chairman Luiza Igraryan and Manager of Programs Lena Mamikonyan participated in The Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) Annual Meeting, which was held in Mahaballipuram, India. The aim of this meeting was to feature topics on Universal Standards for Social Performance, with particular focus on responsible regulation, responsive product design, responsible digital financial services, financial services for low-income population, and social responsibility to staff.
The Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) is a union of more than 2,700 members. Mission is to develop and promote standards and good practices for social performance management (SPM). This is done to make financial services safer and more beneficial for clients.
