Credit Organizations of RA

The Union of Credit Organizations of Armenia in conjunction with USAID FED projects and the "EV Consulting" company organized a training on loan officers for SME Lending which held on May 25 to June 12 in the three regions of Armenia (Yerevan, Vanadzor, Ararat). 

The training was conducted by the "EV Consulting" CJSC business advisers Valerie Arzangulyan and Hovhanness Atabekyan. In each region training lasted 3 days, 5 hours a day. 49 loan officers employees from 8 Union's member credit organizations attended the training.

The following topics were discussed during the workshop:

• Market analysis, 

• Business processes,

• Financial statements,

• Restoration of financial reporting and due diligence,

• Financial condition and performance appraisal,

• Loan provision and serviceing, 

• Regulations,

• Customer service.
